RETURN POLICY

We hope you will be happy with your purchase(s).  If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  However, you will be responsible for shipping costs on items that are unwanted (you’ve changed your mind or ordered an item by mistake, etc.)  All returns must meet the following conditions:

• The item is returned with all original manufacturer’s contents, accessories and packaging
• The item is new, unused and in a resalable condition

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (usually 5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (usually 5-10 business days).

If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us immediately by phone (213-385-1111) or e-mail (help@chungs.co).  Or simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  After we receive your Return Request, we will notify you via e-mail with shipping instructions.  We’ll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

A/S SERVICE CENTERS (RICE COOKERS)

If you ever run into any problems with a rice cooker that you have purchased from us within a year, no need to worry!  It is covered under warranty.  Below you will find a list of service centers that specialize in servicing your rice cookers.  In most cases, there is no charge for parts, labor and return shipping expenses.  However, the customer must ship the item at his/her own cost.  Please contact the service center for full details.
