SHIPPING POLICY

All verified orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via UPS ONLY with your choice of either UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day.  UPS shipping costs are based on the size of your order, shipping method selected and delivery address.  All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

We gladly ship to almost anywhere in the United States, except for Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other U.S. Protectorates.  Currently, we do not ship internationally (including Canada).  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to shipping weight restrictions and breakability factors, some of our items cannot be shipped.  When you see “*THIS ITEM CANNOT BE SHIPPED.  IN-STORE PURCHASES ONLY.” in the product description field, that means that particular item is only available in-store.

UPS guarantees timely delivery for all services except for UPS Ground.  The UPS Ground option may take up to 7-10 business days to reach the destination.  UPS does not include non-business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) in the shipping calculation.

UPS will notify you via email of your tracking information within 24-48 hours of placing your order.  This information will include your tracking number and estimated date of delivery.

ORDERS 

All orders in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days.  If the item you ordered is out of stock or backordered, we will regretfully notify you immediately.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER.

Bill To Address Tip:  Your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement, and your name must be entered exactly as it appears on your card.  If your billing address and/or zip code don't match those that your credit card statement is billed to, your order will be declined by our highly secure payment gateway.  We make every effort to protect our customers against fraudulent orders so we will not accept any orders that seem suspiciously fraudulent.

Ship To Address Tip:  We cannot ship to PO Boxes.  Please make sure you enter a shipping address that does not contain a PO Box or your order cannot be processed.
